Does anyone know any reputable bad credit home loan dealers?

My partner and I both have bad credit. We want to know if there are any reputable bad credit home loan dealers out there that will help us get a home loan with little to no deposit required. We are both employed full time but our finances are being eaten away by rent and paying off creditors. Any suggestions?

Well, there's an oxymoron! Reputable mortgage lenders do not deal with bad credit situations, and there are certainly not loans for people with BOTH bad credit AND no money down. Keep paying off your creditors, rent for a few more years and get your credit straightened up

No, there are not. If your finances are being eaten away by your debts, you cannot afford to buy a home. If you cannot save 3. 5% of the purchase price and have a bit of money in savings, you cannot afford to buy a home. You needed to try to buy a home back in 2005 thru 2007 if you wanted to find lenders who would have worked with such a dire situation as yours. Now, you would be told by 99. 9999% of lenders the other 1% would scam you to go clean your credit issues up, save up a down payment and wait a couple years for your score to bounce back to at least 620 before trying to buy
No there are none. Not only do you have bad credit but your income to debt ratio is too high. Clean up your debt and improve your credit score before you think about buying a home. A home cost more per month then rent
